The Banks property was originally purchased through receivership in 2016. The original house was of poor foundation & design. We had no choice but to demolish the existing building and over a 12-24 month period, we monitored the land using various ground specialists to certify that everything was ok. This led us to local engineers and architects to come up with a new house design and we successfully achieved planning. The build was finally completed in late 2021 to a very high standard. The house has since been sold by local agents.
